Return and Exchange Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept eligible products for exchange, refund, or store credit within thirty (30) days of the order's ship date. You may return products after obtaining a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Which items are eligible for return?

Damaged, worn, or soiled items cannot be returned. Clothing tags must be intact. We do not accept clearance or final sale items, engraved coins, custom-printed or embroidered products, and custom-made sterling silver rings for return or exchange. Custom clothing, such as shirts printed with your choice of colors, are not eligible for return or exchange. Each are identified on the product description page as "not eligible for return."

What if an item is defective or incorrect?

Contact us, and we will make it right. In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective or incorrect item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of any return shipping charges.

How do I return an item?

  • Your RA# is valid for fourteen (14) days. Items without an RA# will not be accepted.
  • We pay return shipping costs if the product is defective or we sent the incorrect item.
  • For exchanges, you will incur a $5 reshipping fee.
  • For returns from one of our shipping partners, you pay return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee per item returned.
  • For all other returns, you pay return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee per item returned.
  • We will credit your account within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item.
