Shipping and Production Time
When do I order shirts to wear to my recruit's graduation?
We suggest ordering three weeks before you leave for graduation. If you are leaving for graduation on the 28th of the month, place your order before midnight central time on the 7th.
The following items have free shipping and will ship separately from the rest of your order:
- Banners
- Boots
- Coins (including engraved coins)
- Garden Flags
- Garment Bag
- Jewelry
How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Items in our "Buy 3 Save $20" collection are shipped for $8 per order and will ship separately from the rest of your order. If there are other items in your order that have shipping fees, they will be in addition to the $8 shipping.
Shipping and handling charges for all other clothing items and candles are based on the weight of your order. When adding items to your cart, you can calculate the shipping charges at any time by entering your "ship to" zip code.
Matrix Shipping Time
Matrices are shipped Monday and Thursday with US Postal Service First Class mail. After receiving the notification of shipping, allow up to 10 days for delivery.
What is "production time," and when will my order be shipped?
Items in our "Buy 3 Save $20" collection are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in two business days. Boots are shipped via UPS Ground in two to four business days.
All other items are shipped after production is complete. Most clothing items, the Crucible candles, engraved coins, sterling jewelry, garden flags, and banners, are made specifically for you based on your selection of designs, styles, colors, and sizes. The production process begins immediately. The item description includes an estimated number of days in production. Allow additional time for shipping after production.
How long will it take to receive my order after it ships?
Unless otherwise noted, we ship US Postal Service Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. Priority Mail takes 3-4 days to arrive in most locations. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped Ground Advantage only and take 7-10 days to arrive. Our garden flags are shipped via DHL and take 5-7 days for delivery. When calculating time, please note that "days-in-transit" refers to the actual time after the carrier has picked up the item.

We've carefully selected our production vendors and are proud to say we produce our custom orders in the USA. Production items are identified in the items description and include the number of days you can expect for production. Our vendors ship your items upon completion. Production items include our original designs on T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, banners, garden flags, and candles.
Engraving and Embroidery Facilities Are Located in the U.S.A.
Our Engraving and Embroidery is done in the U.S.A. These items may take up to 2 weeks to process and are noted in the item description.
Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are only for the 48 contiguous US States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. We are not licensed to sell our Marine Corps Trademark items overseas and do not provide overseas shipping.
